These Sales Terms and Conditions (“Sales Terms”) govern the purchase of products and services offered by EdgeAlphix LLC (“EdgeAlphix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Sales Terms.


1. Scope

These Sales Terms apply to:

  • Digital services
  • Infrastructure services
  • Domain-related services
  • Software licenses
  • Support or engineering services
  • Any other paid offerings provided by EdgeAlphix

Separate written agreements, if executed, shall prevail over these standard Sales Terms.


2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing information
  • Paying applicable taxes or transaction fees
  • Ensuring authorized use of your payment method

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.


3. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital services and infrastructure provisioning:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Provisioned services, licenses, and registrations cannot be reversed once activated
  • Domain-related or infrastructure allocations are considered consumed upon issuance

We encourage customers to review service descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.


4. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

Certain jurisdictions may grant consumers mandatory rights to cancel or request refunds within a defined cooling-off period (typically 7 to 14 days).

Where such laws apply:

  • Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations
  • Any refund eligibility may be subject to verification of non-use or non-consumption of services

Nothing in these Sales Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights granted under applicable law.


5. Service Delivery and Activation

Services may be provisioned immediately upon successful payment.

Once a service is activated, deployed, or materially consumed, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by law.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a dispute may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of access
  • Restriction from future purchases

7. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Services are used in violation of applicable law
  • Activities violate our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use standards

Refunds will not be issued for suspensions resulting from policy violations.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeAlphix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.


9. Modifications

We may update these Sales Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the revised Sales Terms.
