This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by EdgeAlphix LLC (“EdgeAlphix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to network services, infrastructure services, virtual servers, hosting environments, domain-related services, and software platforms.
By using any EdgeAlphix service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Scope of Services
This AUP applies to:
- Autonomous system and network connectivity
- Virtual servers, hosting, and infrastructure environments
- Software platforms and system-level services
- Domain-related services operated by EdgeAlphix
- Any associated technical resources or infrastructure

2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Illegal Activity
Use of services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Facilitate criminal conduct
- Distribute illegal content
- Engage in fraud, deception, or identity impersonation
2.2 Abuse and Malicious Conduct
Including but not limited to:
- Phishing, scam operations, or social engineering attacks
- Malware distribution, command-and-control systems
- Botnet activity
- Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
- Unauthorized network scanning or intrusion attempts
2.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Bulk unsolicited email (spam)
- SMS spam
- Automated abusive messaging
- Activities that generate excessive abuse complaints
2.4 Network Interference
- Traffic amplification attacks
- IP spoofing
- BGP route manipulation or hijacking
- Excessive resource consumption that degrades network stability
2.5 Harmful or High-Risk Content
Services may not be used to host or distribute:
- Child exploitation material
- Non-consensual explicit content
- Content promoting violence or criminal harm
- Content that violates applicable intellectual property law
3. Infrastructure Integrity
Customers must not:
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Interfere with other customers’ services
- Abuse shared infrastructure resources
- Resell services in a manner that conceals end-user identity in violation of applicable law
We reserve the right to implement traffic filtering, rate limiting, or service restrictions to protect network integrity.
4. Abuse Handling and Reporting
EdgeAlphix may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
Upon detection of abuse, we may:
- Issue warnings
- Suspend affected services
- Null-route IP addresses
- Terminate accounts
- Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities

5. Cooperation and Compliance
Customers agree to cooperate in investigations of abuse or security incidents.
Failure to respond to abuse notifications within a reasonable timeframe may result in service suspension.
6. Immediate Suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend services where:
- There is credible evidence of malicious activity
- Infrastructure stability is at risk
- Legal compliance requires immediate action
Refunds will not be issued for suspensions resulting from violations of this AUP.
7. Modifications
This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
