EdgeAlphix LLC respects user privacy while complying with applicable laws and valid legal processes. This policy outlines how we respond to subpoenas, court orders, and law enforcement requests.

Legal Process

EdgeAlphix only discloses user information when required by applicable law and in response to valid legal requests, such as subpoenas, court orders, or other legally binding processes.

All requests must be properly issued by a competent authority with jurisdiction.

Scope of Data Disclosure

EdgeAlphix does not sell or voluntarily share user data with third parties.

Information will only be provided if:

  • It exists within our systems
  • It is reasonably accessible
  • Disclosure is legally required

Data Retention

EdgeAlphix operates a minimal data retention model.

  • Certain services may not retain historical logs or user data
  • Data associated with deleted accounts or resources may not be recoverable
  • Backup availability, if any, is limited and not guaranteed

As a result, in many cases, EdgeAlphix may be unable to provide historical data.

Request Submission

Legal requests must be submitted in written form.

  • Issuing authority
  • Case reference or subpoena number
  • Specific identifiers (domains, accounts, IPs, etc.)
  • Clear description of requested data

Response Process

Upon receiving a valid request, EdgeAlphix will:

  • Review the legal validity of the request
  • Identify any relevant data within our systems
  • Respond within a reasonable timeframe

If no data is found, EdgeAlphix will confirm that no responsive records are available.

User Notification

Unless prohibited by law (e.g., non-disclosure orders), EdgeAlphix may notify affected users of legal requests.

Abuse and Misuse

EdgeAlphix prohibits the use of its services for unlawful activities, including but not limited to phishing, fraud, and abuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
