EdgeAlphix LLC provides digital services, software tools, and infrastructure-related offerings. Due to the nature of these services, most products are delivered instantly or provisioned upon purchase.
As a general rule, all sales are final once a service has been activated or access has been granted.
However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental transactions
- Billing errors
- Service not delivered as described
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time from the date of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer protection rights, including cooling-off periods. Where applicable, such rights will be honored in accordance with local laws.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
