EdgeAlphix LLC complies with applicable U.S. sanctions laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Restricted Parties

EdgeAlphix does not knowingly provide services to individuals, organizations, or entities that are:

• Listed on the U.S. Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list
• Subject to U.S. trade or economic sanctions
• Located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions

Service Limitations

Access to EdgeAlphix services may be restricted or terminated if we determine that a user:

• Is located in a sanctioned region
• Is acting on behalf of a sanctioned entity
• Is using the platform to circumvent sanctions or legal restrictions

Compliance Approach

EdgeAlphix operates a lightweight and risk-based compliance model.

We do not actively monitor or verify the identity or location of all users. However, we reserve the right to take action when credible information or legal requirements indicate a potential violation.

Legal Cooperation

EdgeAlphix will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities regarding sanctions compliance when required by applicable law.
